  I'm usually really lazy with reviews but I needed to take a moment to acknowledge the awesome staff at this IHOP location. My Husband, me and our son love to have breakfast here because they are always on top of everything, coffee is always hot and refilled, and food is satisfying. We always leave happy and belly's full which is a much better experience than a lot of the hipper, trendier places we've tried.
  
  Also a huge shout out to whoever found my wedding ring when I left it there.  I didn't realize where I left it till 3 days later and I called and they had it. I was sooo happy. So you can say we are loyal customers.

  This was our go-to IHOP.  Came on weekends, after school, any old time.  After so ma y months of sad and bad service, today was the last straw.  After being seated, waited 5 minutes for waiter who came and took our drink orders.  Tried to give him the food order and he said, "no, drinks only for now."  I asked why and he said the cook was not there and would be 10 minutes.  Now, everyone in the place was eating (about 6 tables).  I literally pointed to all the people and he said they ordered before the other cook left.  Ok... he asked if we could wait and I said sure.  We've all been in a bind like that with work.  15 min later, an angry guy asked when the cook was coming and Benjamin said, "15-20 minutes or so.  Can you wait a while?"  Wth??  15 min earlier, Benjamin said 10 min and now another 20??  Why lie??  We walked out of the place and went across the street to corner bakery where 4 other tables were complaining about the IHOP guy lying to them about wait times for an absent cook!  Insanity.
  
  Bottom line: thanks for completely ruining a good childhood thing.  See ya IHOP, would never wanna be ya.

  I don't like IHOP.  And if I had to go, this location would be my last choice.  
  But that aside, there is only one tasty, well prepared item on their menu, the coffee.
  
  It is almost inspiring how a company, bereft of any imagination or care of people's health can be successful.  It's not a real restaurant.  Try ordering a tuna sandwich.  "Duh, what's that"?
  
  If you like IHOP and are a regular there, I have sad news for you.  You are a fat ass.  And I resent subsidizing your fat ass medical problems, because you will have em.  
  
  Do any of you follow the trend of lower fat healthy eating?  
  
  The company and anyone who eats there regularly are disgusting.  End of story.

  Why hire people who don't want to be there? If a customer walks in hungry and leaves hungry because they didn't want to eat food sloppily put together, that should be a problem.
  The waitress messed up my entire order. We asked for coffee, she gave us tea - and we waited 20 minutes for her to actually come back to the table to let her know.
  I'm a vegetarian so I made a special request for no bacon, she gave attitude about having to put in a substitution and then they didn't even do it. So I got burnt toast with lettuce and tomato for $11.99. I refused to eat it and sent it back.
  She took our receipt so we wouldn't do the survey, when I asked for it back she said she threw it away. When I asked for her to reprint it, she printed out someone else's ticket so I told her to forget it I would email corporate. She knew exactly what she was doing. Never again.

  Went in today after about a 2 year hiatus from going to this location. Same ol' same ol', the location is comfy and the staff is pretty good. I always only get a short stack of plain pancakes and coffee.
